Christmas

We were so blessed this Christmas. Linda had such nice gifts from all her friends and family. Enjoy a couple videos from Christmas day. And notice we are in short sleeves! I love our weather!

Gingerbread House

We had such a nice time making a gingerbread house as a family. Linda was really looking forward to it. She kept sneaking icing, which was so funny!

Winter Wonderland

Our local farm had a winter wonderland. It was so fun to go to. It was quite chilly, but Linda didn't care at all. In fact most of the time she just wore a sweat shirt. I had to suggest her putting a heavier jacket on. They walked through a building all decorated w/Christmas stuff. A lot of the things were animated, like squirrels roasting marshmellows, flying penguins, reindeer and all sorts of other stuff. At the end of the walk through was Santa himself. Linda warmed right up to him. It was cute. Then we went into the petting farm where it took Linda all of about two seconds to catch a chicken. After that we headed up front and warmed up near the bonfire. We bought some marshmellows and had a s'more! As you can see from the picture, Linda wore some of her s'more. She loves the farm so much and spoke about her farm camp and how much she loved to go there. I have an outdoor kid, and I wouldn't have it any other way!!!!!!!!!!

Playgroup

One of our playgroup Christmas parties was the other day. The kids had so much fun. It was so neat to see how different Linda is from the other kids. It was a chilly day and after seeing the animals for about 10 min, all but the kids I was watching, and one other kid stayed outside. We made the most of the animals! Linda took about 6 pony rides b/c the other kids had gone inside. It was so nice b/c it was free for the playgroup. You can see all the animals they had on display, and how you could really get up and personal w/most of them. On this day I also was watching Jack and Ryleigh. It was a fun time!

Christmas Tree

We had a wonderful time decorating our tree this year. Tom and Linda FINALLY came home w/a PERFECT tree. Tom's eyes get a little big sometimes w/the trees! LOL! Linda was so excited to decorate it and light it up. She was so funny b/c she put most of her ornaments all in one square foot on the tree. She is too cute. Then they sang silent night w/Tom playing piano. Notice how she sings "all is cold all is bright." TOO CUTE!!!!!!!!!!

indoor water park

Through one of my homeschool groups we got a GREAT rate to a water park. We had such a fun time! Linda really enjoyed it. We were blessed to have Aunt Deb fly down to visit and enjoy the park too. Linda didn't want to go on the bigger slides, but she had plenty to do w/the other stuff. Good times!

Gingerbread

Linda went to playgroup and sang the gingerbread baby song. Then they decorated gingerbread men. Linda had a great time!
